Can I just say that Birth Photography is so special!  

I absolutely adore babies, but to see them this new and to capture those first hours of life is so tender.

This little fella is extra close to my heart, because he is my newest sweet little nephew.

Tiny little Kate pushed out a 10 pound 22 inch long baby, and he couldn't be more beautiful.  He has a full head of hair and is such a sweetheart.  We moved across the country only 5 days after his birth, so it's been fun to go through his photos and be reminded of what an adorable little boy he is!

Sisters - Calgary Portrait Photographer

Aren't these two sisters gorgeous?  Would you believe me if I said there are SIX of them and they are all equally gorgeous?  Yeah... amazing genes!  You've actually already seen one of their sisters on my blog before.  My best friend Alana modeled for me back when I was just getting started! 

My bucket list - get ALL 6 sisters in one post on my blog someday!  That'll mean that we will all have to be in the same city at the same time at some point.  *Fingers Crossed*!!!

Anyway - Jamie & Jenelle, thank you for being totally STUNNING and for making me wish I looked like you!  I think I missed that half japanese gene somewhere!  Dang!

Best Friends Trash the Dress... with PAINT!!!

When Jessica contacted me with her idea to trash her wedding dress with her best friend, I think I died and went to heaven.  I have been wanting to do a trash the dress session for... FOREVER!!!  Jessica has been married for about a year now, and her bestie Steph just got married a couple months ago... and the two of them have some awesome pictures to remember their beautiful dresses in! ;)  

Girls - thank you SO much for inviting me along to witness and capture the trashing of your dresses!  You are ROCKSTARS!!!!  I hope you enjoy this sneak-peek of your session, and I can't wait for you to go through your disk and see the rest of your pictures! :)
