My name is Kandice Stewart (duh!) and I figure its about time you and I get to know each other.
A little about me...
I am originally from Calgary, Alberta, Canada (Go Flames!) and say things like "Eh?" and "toque" (aka beanie) and "garborator" (aka garbage disposal)... and while I may be married to an American, I don't plan on ever losing my Canadian roots. My husband calls me his Amerinadian wife!
Two years ago I married my absolute best friend (and he is a TOTAL hottie!) and I love every day I spend with him. We currently live in Rexburg, ID where I've earned a BS in Health Science and my husband is working toward a BS in Healthcare Administration. In the fall of 2013 we will be on to our next adventure (grad school) and we look forward to seeing where that will take us.
Many have asked me when I got into photography. The truth is, my love for photography began when I was barely big enough to hold a camera. My entire childhood and teen years I remember always having a camera in my back pocket to capture every possible memory. Since then it has evolved and become a true passion of mine. I just love to challenge myself and push myself to step outside of my comfort zone to produce beautiful images. As far as the actual "business" of photography... I had my first paid session in August 2011.
