Graduation Announcement

Remember this Senior Shoot?

Well, Colby's graduation is coming up SO soon and I had the privilege of designing his Graduation Announcements.  I had a lot of fun playing around with it and think they turned out pretty awesome.

What do you think?

(ignore that things look off-center and the extra white on the side of the picture, these are print ready to they have a bleed)

I now offer announcement design (graduation, baby, engagement, etc)... contact me for pricing!

That's right... it's time for another giveaway!

I've recently published my Facebook Page and decided it was a good time to do another giveaway! :)

As soon as I have 100 Likes, I'll give one lucky "like"er a FREE Portrait or Family Session.

{Speaking of Portraits - isn't my husband so cute with a stache?  This was his Mustache March stache.  We had to have a photoshoot before he shaved it off! :) }

As soon as my page reaches 100 Likes - someone will get lucky... with a free photo session! ;)
Share with your friends to speed up the process!  And if you aren't already following my blog - you should do it.  I will be doing more giveaways in the future... some of which will require you to be a follower!

Jess & Greg {Giveaway Winners} - Idaho Falls, ID

I am SO excited to post the photo shoot I had with our Lot's Of Lovin' Giveaway Winners this weekend!  Greg and Jess are so in love!  They were married in December, and their love is still so fresh and flirty... they couldn't keep their hands off each other! ;)  Every second we weren't taking pictures they were hugging and kissing and laughing - they were just so sweet!

And talk about freaking hot couple, eh?  They'll have supermodels for babies!

Enjoy your sneak-peek you love birds!

And now for their "I love you because..." reveal:

Thanks again you guys!  I had SO much fun and still have "Call Me Maybe" stuck in my head! ;)
(And Jess - I hope I passed with "bang duty"... but I think your hair looks great!  No "butt-crack bangs" that I can see! Haha)

Before & After's - The Value of Editing

One of my very favorite things are Before & Afters.  I love shows like Extreme Makeover Home Edition, What Not To Wear, Biggest Loser, and a whole range of plastic surgery shows... simply because I love seeing the way something can be changed and manipulated.  That's why I've decided to do a Before & After post of photo editing.

My dear friend Andrea with Andrea Jo Photography recently took some Anniversary pictures for my husband and I (Yay for 2 years!).  She was kind enough to give me the original photos for me to play around with as well.  I've decided to take a few of them and add my own personal touch to them to show you how photo editing can change and enhance a photo.

Here are a few examples that show you why I love photoshop!

All actions I use are made by my sister Heather of Heather Ward Photography.

Roger Blaine Evershed III - Rexburg, ID Photographer

Remember THIS gorgeous couple?
Yes - they were my very first photoshoot in November 2010.  Well,  that gorgeous couple has welcomed a gorgeous new baby to their family.
Meet Roger III.
I love that his name is so big, yet he is so tiny.
Natalie and RJ are the biggest Utes fans I've ever met... and it looks like little Blaine (what this sweet baby boy will go by) is already following suit.

Enjoy your sneak peek! :)

Payton & Josh - Idaho Falls Engagement

This week I had the opportunity to do ANOTHER engagement shoot?
(I know, I'm totally spoiled!)

Payton and Josh work with my cousin Jordann (mother of Ryker and Paxton) at Texas Roadhouse {nom, nom}.  Jordann is such a doll and is my little referring queen and set up our photo shoot.  I knew from the moment I met these two that we were in for a treat.  They are super fun and Payton might be one of the sweetest people on the planet.  They are so good for each other and you can tell they are utterly in love.

I asked Payton and Josh if they would email me a short paragraph with their love story.
Here is what they had to share:

In October of 2011, Payton started her job as hostess at the Texas Roadhouse in Idaho Falls, ID. That's where she met the love of her life, Joshua. The two hearts were joined together with a conversation that would change everything - a conversation that began with Payton hearing of rumors that "josh was a [insert profanity here]" and ending with "...but I think you’re pretty nice". Payton knew just 3 weeks later that she would definitely fall for him. Josh knew he loved her after the two spent a very long evening talking about everything that could come to mind... without even thinking about sleep. Their love took the next step on the warm Huntington Beach of California on February, 12 2012, when Josh proposed to Payton in the way that she had always imagined it to be. With their love set in stone, the two of them will spend the rest of their lives together happy as can be, knowing that they are one of the lucky ones that found out what true love really is. They will take each other’s hand in marriage on May 20 2012, on a beautiful beach in Zephyr cove, Nevada.

Payton and Josh - enjoy your sneak peak!

And in honor of my new tradition:
Their "I love him/her because..." reveal!

Congrats again you two!  And enjoy your last few weeks of engagement!
